CTF Written Course Cancellation Policy

Course reservation is confirmed with full payment. In case of inability to attend the course, the client must inform Cruise Through the Fellowship about cancellation at least 30 days prior to the course date. When participation cancellation is informed in written no later than 30 days prior to the course date, the course payment is reimbursed in full. However, if the the participant has received access to the online course material prior to having informed CTF about the cancellation, a fee of $295 occurs.

In case the College declines a place in the RANZCP exam, or if other unforeseeable circumstances cause the client's inability to attend the course, Cruise Through the Fellowship may allow for late cancellations at their discretion, however, no later than 14 days prior to the course date. In these cases the payment can be carried over to a later course.  Any cancellations that occur later than 14 days prior to the course dates will see the full payment forfeited.

Cruise Through the Fellowship reserves the right to cancellation of the event in case of inadequate number of participants.   

CTF Clinical Course Cancellation policy

Course reservation is confirmed with full payment. In case of inability to attend the course, the client must inform Cruise Through the Fellowship about cancellation at least 30 days prior to the course date. A precondition of any refund is that the candidate returns the course booklets to the organiser immediately in good, unused condition. When the cancellation of participation is informed in written no later than 30 days prior to the course date, the course fee is reimbursed in full. If the condition of the returned material is not satisfactory to the organiser, a 50% cancellation fee occurs.
