Am not sure what to say to a colleague if they approach you for a chat about difficulties they are having as in a previous osce a couple of years back. Is something like this ok " I'm glad you've come to speak to me and want to help you etc, etc. Of course most of what we talk about is confidential. However, if from what you tell me there is a risk of harm to either yourself or others I will have to speak to a senior colleague."
Can you pse give more your advice,
